Food Spoilage

Foods cannot keep long at room temperature. Food turns bad because of the growth of micro organisms such as bacteria and fungi. The faster the micro organisms grow, the faster the food will be spoilt.

Characteristics of spoilt food:

d) becomes limp and wilted
